Justin Scarpulla has been Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller since March 2012. Prior to that, he served as MaxLinear's Vice President and Corporate Controller. From 2008 until joining MaxLinear in September 2011, Mr. Scarpulla served as Director, Financial Reporting, for Broadcom Corporation, a semiconductor company, which he joined in 1999. He held several other management positions at the company including Senior Manager and Cable Modem Line Business Controller from 2006 until 2008. Prior to Broadcom, he served as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP, from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Scarpulla received a B.A. degree in Business Administration, with an Accounting and Finance emphasis, from California State University, Fullerton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
