MaxLinear Files S-1 Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering
CARLSBAD, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/06/09 -- MaxLinear, Inc., a leading provider of CMOS-based highly integrated, radio-frequency analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions for broadband communications applications, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
