Related-Party Transactions Transactions with an affiliate of one of the Company’s stockholders identified as related-party transactions in the year ended December 31, 2010 were not deemed to be related-party transactions for the year ended December 31, 2012 and 2011 as the stockholder is no longer a beneficial owner of the Company. For 2010, the Company recorded charges of $15.8 million related to wafer inventory purchased from and research and development expenses incurred with an affiliate of one of the Company’s stockholders.
